University of Virginia leaders have outlined plans for the spring semester, including requirements for students to return to Grounds and plans to test students on a weekly basis. Right now, UVA is planning to welcome students back to Grounds for the spring semester, Provost Liz Magill, Chief Operating Officer J.J.
