Organization
Leaders representing operational areas across the University report to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. These leaders develop strategy and oversee functional teams responsible for safety and security, human resources, finance, information technology, real estate and facilities planning, construction, and maintenance, business operations, audit, compliance, and state government relations, among other specialized initiatives.
The EVP-COO team also works closely with leaders of UVIMCO and the UVA Foundation, two University-related foundations.
